It is also beneficial in the treatment of arthritic disorders, especially osteoarthritis. It supports the bones in osteopenia and osteoporosis and prevents further bone loss and helps to restore the natural bone mineral density (along with other ayurvedic medicines).

It helps in improving bone mass and strength, useful in the treatment of arthritis, osteoporosis, Fracture, Joint dislocation such shoulder dislocation, helps to improve strength of bones, joints and ligaments, used in the treatment of ligament injuries, improves hair growth, supports the Asthi Dhatu , bone tissue, Hair is related with Asthi, useful to promote hair growth, Useful in sacroilitis and sciatica, sprained muscles, ligaments, used for treating torn ligaments such as ACL, Useful in lumbar and cervical spondylosis, slipped disc, calcaneal spur and Road traffic accidental injuries
Dosage and Anupan:
About 6 to 12 drops once or twice a day, usually administered before food with warm milk or warm water
Side effects:
Yet no side effect reported with the general dosage of Gandha Thailam. Occassionaly Indigestion may occur due to higher dose
Shelf life: 3 years of self life.
