• GhratKumari [Aloe barbadensis]– 70 Mg of aloe vera
• Hirabol [Commiphora myrrha] – 70 mg
• Jeevanthi [Holostemma adakodien] – 30 Mg
• Kambhoji [Kirganelia reticulata] – 30 mg 
• Kasisa bhasma – 30 mg  Kasisa Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Green Vitriol.

Alarsin Aloes Compound Tablet Dosage

• Two pills, twice or three times a day, for three to four months, for irregular and scanty menstruation, amenorrhea, and delayed menarche [discontinue when pregnancy is suspected].
• From three to five days prior to the anticipated start of menstruation until the start of menses and the pain subsides, take two tablets three times per day for pain and discomfort. Three to four times, to be performed.
• Two tablets, twice or three times a day [a course of 100–200 tablets] are recommended to combat the side effects of birth control pills. If and when necessary, repeat.
• Female Infertility: To induce regular ovulatory cycles when menstruation pattern and flow amount are normal. 7 is taken from the first day of the menstrual cycle until the fourteenth day of the cycle, two tablets twice daily, to boost the fertility index. Repeat this process each cycle until she misses her period and the pregnancy.
