Properties and uses
This choornam improves digestion, relieves bloating, ascites, indigestion, anorexia etc.
Also used in initial phase of Panchakarma treatment.
Gulma, pliha, udara, anaha, grahani, shula, amavata, suthika rohas, ajeerna.
Doses and anupan
3 gm approx in single intake once or twice aday as prescribed by vaidya.
Luke warm water,buttermilk and honey is preffered anupan depends on vyadhi.
Side effects
There is no know side effects but self medication should be avoided.
Shelf life
Two years from the date of manufacturing. Once opened use with in 3 months as mosisture can reduce efficacy of choornam.
